Challenge#2. To create a seamonster, based on a seahorse. 

Design, draw, name, and justify its existence within two hours.

I'm not much of a speedpainter, and so usually my stuff takes hours&hours&hours to get it to a level where I begin to feel satisfied. My girlfriend challanged me to do something in under three hours though, so this:

Basically, you get to make aquatic girls; based off one of my OC's little universes, in which the earth is flooded and everyone rides on seals.
